In terms of hero presence, there is an impressive array of characters set to come to Battlefront 2's multiplayer, including newcomers like Darth Maul, Yoda, and Rey. One of EA's biggest announcements in the Battlefront 2 presentation was that there would be waves of free content launching after the title's release, which also includes new playable characters, Finn and Captain Phasma. So far we seem to have a healthy supply of maps from many sections of the Star Wars timeline, and it's entirely possible that we'll see more coming in the future as free DLC. According to a popular online leak, the desert planet of Geonosis is also set to be revealed sometime in the near future.
Alongside these nine maps that are confirmed to be coming to Battlefront 2's multiplayer mode, we also know that Endor, Vardos, and Jakku are accessible in the game's campaign and are therefore likely to be making an appearance online too.
